We have a Ethos 20A, Class B, and are having issues with the heater. The RV repair shop suspects it has something to do with low battery charges. I don't understand that, so if anyone has insight, it would be appreciated. Our battery levels show HOUSE 12.7V, CHASSIS 13.0V. What should they be? What is the difference in the two batteries?
