Title: Location of Bypass valves on Dometic water heater

I've just purchased a 2023 Odyssey 26M that has a Dometic 6 gal. water heater. The bypass valves for winterizing are not visible. Can someone advise on their location? These valves on my previous Class A were easy. to access.

There is a panel beneath the refrigerator. 4 screws. Input and output shutoff valves are located there

Related question: what is the proper orientation of the bypass valves for normal use vs. winterization? When I checked the manual there was nothing visual to indicate what position was which. If anyone can provide a photo it would be greatly appreciated.
