We have a new Entegra Ethos Li. Took it into the service department as the alternator wasn’t charging the lithium battery. They took almost 3 weeks to determine it was a blown fuse that is accessed from under the van. No reason was given for why the fuse was blown. So I hope it doesn’t reoccur.
Also there is this beep that goes off and lasts about one half hour in the morning and as the sun goes down. The service department had no answer for turning it off. They said it had to do with the solar charging/not charging the battery. Kind of annoying.
