Title: Water tank and plumbing-System behavior
Post by: mycrew143 on October 09, 2017, 03:20:12 pm
Hi All,
I have a 2017 Entegra Anthem.  I have a question about the plumbing.  If I am connected to city water and the valve in the water bay is set to City water (not fill the tank) and I have the water pump on in the coach,  will this draw water from both the city water and the tank at the same time?
Any advantages or disadvantages to doing this?

Thanks John

It will draw water from both sources.

I do this when I'm in a campground with low city water pressure so I can take a normal shower.  What happens is the water pressure drops enough so the water pump comes on to make up the difference.

Other than that circumstance there is no benefit to using both at the same time, but no harm either.

I do the same, no issues for me and helps a lot with low water pressure issues at some campgrounds.
