2019 Emblem Thermostat keeps turning off

I set the thermostats to "heat" on both thermostats. Everything runs fine for about 30 minutes and suddenly they are both in the "Off" position again. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thank you

So, for anyone interested in the resolving of our electrical issue, we had to replace the Battery Solenoid Disconnect. We now have main power for the thermostats but we still do not have ANY overhead lighting except over the sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Talking directly to Jayco, since our coach is still under warranty, was the most immediate help we have received. They gave us the two possible part numbers, we tested to eliminate one, called around for the closest availability, bought it, replaced it, and had hot showers that night! Now to resolve the light issue. We are not giving up on our Emblem that easy.
