Can't Register with Entegra---"VIN NUMBER NOT FOUND"

Hi, just tried to register at Entegra, keep getting error message "VIN NUMBER NOT FOUND" I've entered in both the Ford chassis VIN and the truncated Entegra coach body VIN...no luck. I've triple checked and the input numbers/letters are correct. Help!
