Wiper Blades

Good afternoon, We have a 2016 Anthem. The passenger side wiper is banging against the windshield when in the furthest up position. Has anyone ever had this problem and if so how did you fix it.

We had this problem on the driver's side. The fix is to flip back the protective plastic at the base of the wiper arm, loosen the bolt, pull the wiper arm off and rotate it slightly clockwise of where it was initially and then tighten it down. I believe we were told to 70 ft/lbs of torque. If it should happen on the driver's side, rotate it counter-clockwise. Ours will occasionally loosen back up, so be sure to check yours every so often.
