Entegra Emblem solenoid issue?

We have a 2019 Emblem and there's been a daily sound like a solenoid opening and closing. It seems to be coming from the area of the power step. The dealership and a third party repair shop are stumped. I've tried attaching an m4a of the sound. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks.
