Motorhome 7 pin for trailer is not getting power

I had a small car for a tow package and all is OK with that but when we plugged the car into the 7 pin motorhome there was no power coming from the motorhome the seven-pin connector. I do not have a schematic of the wiring so do not know the next step.

i have same problem on newly purchase 2021 vision27a. any help is appreciated.
