water pours out of intake making right turns

we just picked up a 2021 Entegra 25R, with 2/3 of a tank of fresh water (or more) whenever we make just a normal right turn water pours out of the fresh water intake, is there a special setting on the two valves that we need to put them at so it "locks" out the valve so water cannot pour out? or is there another issue here that needs to be addressed ?
