Small Gray Handle

There is a small grey pull/push handle at base of vision 27a on the drivers side. What is this for???

One my Accolade 37L it was the dump valve for the secondary gray tank that was fed by the kitchen sink. See if you have a second exterior sewer connector on the outside underneath on that side.
