Turn signal camera stopped working

I just bought a new 2020 Accolade. After sliding out the battery tray and sliding it back in, the driver side camera says no connection when i put the left turn signal on. My question is: Is there a junction device that may have a loose or disconnected camera cable to look for. It’s a 2020 Accolade 37TS.
