Wipers Frozen

Hi, nearly new 2021 Cornerstone with 2800 miles on it. Both wipers frozen in place. We can hear the motor running when we turn on the wipers but they don't move. Checked lug nuts and they are tight. Anything else we can check before we take it to a dealer?
