2014 Anthem Entry awning

Hello, we bought a 2014 Anthem 44B. I now noticed that the entry awning doesn't go in all the way, about 3/4 inches shy of complete closure. There is no obstructions, the motor just quits closing. Is there a way to adjust them?
We can travel with it, but rain and weather will eventually get into the inside.
