2021 Aspire W. Front toilet seems to drain slowly with small fill when flushed,

New 2021 Aspire. Front Toilet seems to drain slowly. Water does not seem to vacate entirely. Only liquid in toilet so far. Does not seem to supply enough water. On IV2 forum posts indicate the toilet may be faulty. Many complaints. Appears to be a purchasing decision to change suppliers. Only possible work around at this time...the toilet may be programed to use more water per flush.
