Macerator for the Cornerstone

I would like to know the make and model of our Cornerstone macerator. In addition, is there a product solution that would be helpful to descale black and gray reside as well as clean and sanitize the mechanism.Perhaps the manufacturer has recommendation to prolong the useful life of such an important piece of equipment.[
